There's a story you're not telling. It's probably your best one.
Business storytelling consultancy for female founders and leaders who are ready to use their real story.
Hi, I'm Hilary SALZMAN
I’m a UK-based business storytelling consultant, keynote speaker and author of The Roar of Her Story.
I work with female founders and leaders who know they’re holding something back. Filtering what they say to sound more professional, more polished, more acceptable. Not because they lack confidence. Because they’ve learned what gets rewarded.
I call this the Story Trust Gap. And closing it is what I do.
My work helps women in business turn what they’ve actually lived, thought and experienced into clear, powerful stories that attract the right clients, sharpen their positioning and make their work easier to communicate and sell.
My storytelling approach is about building a business and a life that works for you – whatever stage or age you’re at.
It is:
- Getting clear on the story you want to tell
- Defining success on your terms
- Confidently sticking two fingers up at anyone who doubts you
It isn't:
- Overnight success
- 6-figure selling
- Hustle-to-you-die
Let's work together
FEMALE FOUNDERS AND PURPOSE-DRIVEN BUSINESSES who’ve trusted their BRAND story to me

We are four founders so Hilary worked extra hard to bring our thoughts together, iron out some things we’d not fully thought through and distil the essence of our business into clear statements that just felt right and sound like us.

My commitment to you
I’m on a mission to help women in business stop editing themselves and start telling the stories that actually build trust, attract clients and create the kind of businesses worth building.
Because the most powerful business storytelling isn’t the most polished. It’s the most true.
If you’re a female founder, leader, or creative who knows you’re holding something back, that’s usually where we start.
